Her “relaxing remedial” style challenges the old idea that remedial massage has to be painful — instead, Sally works with your body to release tension, improve mobility, and restore balance in a calm, nurturing way.

Whether you’re looking for a restorative deep tissue massage, a nurturing pregnancy massage, or a tailored remedial treatment, Sally will intuitively tune in to your needs and deliver the care your body is asking for.

Elevate your pregnancy journey with a nurturing 60-minute massage designed to celebrate this special time in your life. The soothing touch of our spa therapist will tenderly alleviate tension and promote overall wellness for both you and your baby, guiding you to a place of peace and relaxation. We prioritise your safety and well-being with the use of pregnancy-safe oils, balms, and table fittings, providing you with peace of mind throughout your session. For the safety of mother and baby, we are only able to perform massages from the second trimester (12 weeks) up until the third trimester (37 weeks) of pregnancy.
